PayAlli Terms for Individual Users

1. What can I find in this document?
This document defines the terms and conditions for you (“you” and “your”) when you use SINDI FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. (O/A PayAlli) services and features as described in these terms, as may be amended from time to time, as an individual. If you are using PayAlli services for your business, please check the Terms for Business Users.
When you create an account with PayAlli, you enter into an agreement with SINDI FINANCIAL SERVICES INC., a company registered in Canada at 792 KENNEDY ROAD, SUITE 204, SCARBOROUGH, Ontario, Canada, M1K2C8, under FINTRAC Registration Number M08165858 (“PayAlli,” “we,” “us,” and “ours”).
The terms mentioned in this document constitute the core agreement between you and PayAlli. By accepting these terms and applying for an account, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms in English. Any translations we may provide are for your convenience only and are not binding.

2. What is PayAlli?
PayAlli is a registered Money Services Business with FINTRAC. By obtaining PayAlli membership and using PayAlli, you may be eligible to:
- Create an electronic account to send and receive money.
- Exchange money in different currencies.
- Make payments for goods or services through the PayAlli platform.
- Withdraw funds using linked payment methods.
- Access additional tools, such as invoice generation and payment tracking.
The availability of these services may be subject to additional requirements or restrictions as explained in these terms or additional terms applicable to specific products.
You will be charged a subscription fee based on the pricing plan you choose. The subscription fee may be charged monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your chosen model. Additional fees for services not covered by your plan will be shown before you approve the relevant action.
3. How to open a PayAlli account
To use our services, you must register and open a PayAlli Account. You can only have one account at a time.
Requirements:
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Reside in a country not on our prohibited jurisdictions list.
During the account registration process, you may need to provide:
- Proof of identity (e.g., passport or ID card).
- Proof of address.
- Additional documents if requested for verification.
If your application is declined, we may not disclose the reasons due to regulatory restrictions.
4. PayAlli Account and App
Your PayAlli account is your gateway to our services. Using the PayAlli App, you can:
- Access your account.
- Transfer funds to other accounts.
- Exchange currencies.
- Check your balance and transaction history.
- Update account details.
The PayAlli App is available for download on Google Play and Apple App Store.
5. Transactions
Using your PayAlli account, you can:
- Add funds (top-up): Add funds using accepted payment methods. Fees (if applicable) will be displayed in advance.
- Transfer funds: Send local or international transfers through PayAlli. Ensure the accuracy of recipient details to avoid failed transactions.
- Exchange currencies: Convert currencies at competitive rates.
- Pay for goods or services: Make payments using available methods via the PayAlli platform.
PayAlli monitors transactions to ensure compliance with AML and CTF regulations. We may request additional documentation to verify transactions or reject suspicious activity.
6. Fees and Charges
You will be charged fees based on your selected pricing plan. Additional charges may apply for:
- Exceeding free transaction limits.
- Using services outside your plan’s scope.
All applicable fees will be displayed in the PayAlli App.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and devices. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@payalli.net.
8. Refunds and Disputes
If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, you must notify us within 30 days to request a refund. PayAlli will investigate the matter and process refunds as required by applicable laws.

9. Account Suspension or Termination
PayAlli may suspend or terminate your account for reasons including:
- Breach of these terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Non-payment of fees.
You may close your account by notifying us in writing.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved under Canadian law.
